Sorrel Soaks
This treatment is our cool weather favorite. Start your journey by melting your tension away soaking in therapeutic salts and essential oils, followed by a 50 minute Swedish massage.  Choose between the Turquoise Sage and the Earth Energy Ginger soak.

Turquoise Sage Purifying Bath Soak

This therapeutic soak combines the relaxing, purifying scents of wild sages and lavenders in a gently foaming, mineral salt base. It has a soothing yet refreshing effect with an emphasis on relieving discomfort and stiffness in muscles and joints.

Earth Energy Ginger Warming Soak

This bath is gently warming, comforting and grounding, creating a relaxing and peaceful state. The blend of ginger, therapeutic salts and pure essential oils help to detoxify the body and stimulate circulation.

Warm Herbal Compress Massage

This centuries-old treatment consists of a therapeutic massage using warm heated muslin bags filled with lavender, chamomile, and calendula. First warm oil is drizzled and lightly massaged into the skin, then the herbal balls are used in a series of stokes and compressions, working out soreness and stiffness with the heat. Massage techniques are used to trace energy pathways, pressure points, and lymphatic drainage... every touch induces a new level of relaxation and healing.
